Orders and delivery

For order status, delivery or product questions, email us with your order number, if you have one. Standard U.S. shipping is free on merchandise subtotals of $20 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping; orders below $20 have an $8 standard shipping charge. Processing takes an estimated 1–2 business days, transit 3–7 business days, and total delivery 4–9 business days. Read the Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. The seller covers return shipping. Contact us first to obtain return instructions and the return address.
