This Shipping Policy applies to purchases placed directly through swietgods.shop. All amounts below are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Shipping destinations
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.
Standard shipping rates
- Orders of $20.00 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders below $20.00: $8.00 standard shipping.
The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order processing: 1–2 business days.
- Transit after dispatch: 3–7 business days.
- Total estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These time frames are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather or an incorrect address may affect delivery.
Tracking and delivery issues
When your order is dispatched, we will send the available shipment tracking details to the email address provided with your order. Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us so we can assist.
